If you’re in your 20’s right now, you’re essentially bulletproof. Or it least it feels that way. Your metabolism will never be faster, you skin will never be taught-er and you are just one bacon and egg roll away from vanquishing any hangover. Enjoy it while you can because one day – a day that comes sooner than you think – you’ll look in the mirror and your complexion will be a little lacklustre.
Welcome to the real world. As far as skincare for this time of your life goes, we have good news. You can go for the cheaper stuff and only minimal intervention is needed. What you’re doing now is laying the foundation for a lifetime of good habits.
Pretty much all you’ll need is a good cleanser plus a moisturiser with SPF that you use on face and body. And that’s it for now. The key though is discipline. Use both products daily and unless you have a specific condition like oiliness or dryness, youth will take care of itself. Oh and for every beer, have at least one glass of water.
