We are currently experiencing significant delays due to COVID19 processes in place around the country. Please expect longer processing times and longer in-transit times with Australia Post, INCLUDING express post deliveries. MISTR will not refund/cancel/compensate on any orders for late delivery during COVID19.
Free shipping on all Australian orders this February.

So now I’ve ordered, when do I receive my product?
Domestic standard parcel
Total delivery time for standard shipping between Australian metro areas is estimated to be delivered in 3-5 business days. For rural areas shipping time is estimated between 5-10 business days
Domestic express parcel
Total delivery time for express shipping between Australian metro areas is estimated to be delivered in 1 business day. For rural areas, delivery is estimated to be between 2-3 business days.
International
MISTR is able to fulfil orders globally thanks to our shipping partner Australia post. For express orders between major metro areas, allow 4-5 business days for your package to arrive. For standard please allow 6-10 business days.
MISTR uses Australia post to fulfil all shipping.
What if my order doesn’t arrive in the estimated time?
MISTR endeavours to have all placed orders fulfilled and dispatched on the same day as the order was placed, provided the order is placed before 2pm and all ordered items are currently in stock. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
If you believe that your order has failed to arrive in the estimated time, please check your tracking information and confirmation email to check delivery address and recipient details are correct.
How to check your tracking info
Upon finalising your order with MISTR, you will have received an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number with AusPost. Please enter this number at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html to check on your delivery progress.
