Reuse / Refill

Skincare is something we use every day, which means that across our lifetimes we go through a lot of packaging. MISTR tackles this with a unique refillable design that minimises packaging waste.

How it works:

Each product in the MISTR skincare range is housed in the universal vessel - a sleek outer shell that holds a refillable tube.

When you’ve used up the product, replace the inner tube with a full one, and hold on to the empty tube.

Upon request we’ll supply a pre-paid return slip to attach to the compostable satchel you received on your first order. Simply pack four empties and post it back to us for sterilisation and recycling.

We sterilise and repurpose the inner tubes, or if not fit for recirculation, we recycle them. Most cosmetic and skincare packaging can’t be put straight into domestic recycling so this ensures the tubes are put back to good use rather than going into landfill.

Each time you return four empty inner tubes we’ll reward you with a 10% discount on your next order.

It’s up to you! Each product in the MISTR range fits in the same universal vessel, so you can choose to just have one overall or use one per product.

Each Vessel comes equiped with NFC functionality. Simply tap your smartphone at the base of the vessel and you will be taken to MISTR's virtual shopfront to stock up on refills.

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@themistr.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Your order undergoes processing within 1-2 days from the moment it is placed. You will be notified with a tracking link as soon as your order departs from our warehouse. Please be aware that orders made over the weekend will commence processing on the subsequent Monday.

In the unfortunate event that your product sustains damage during transit, we kindly request you to retain the damaged merchandise and notify us without delay at hello@themistr.co. This way, we can arrange for the replacement of the affected item(s) and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We also accept the following buy now/pay later options: Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna.

Additionally, MISTR accepts payment via cryptocurrency including Bitcoin and Doge.

For domestic orders $100+ we offer free standard shipping. For all orders below $100, shipping is $7 for standard and $9 for express.

For international orders in the below regions, we offer a flat rate of $30 AUD for shipping. NZ, UK, USA, CAN, UAE, KSA, EU

Feel free to update your product choices or adjust the frequency of your deliveries directly from the My Account page. It's important to keep in mind that once you've subscribed, cancellation is only possible after the completion of your initial refill order.

On every fourth refill purchase (no matter the product), we will send out a prepaid compostable return satchel*. Place your empties in the satchel and drop off at your nearest AusPost branch (*applies to domestic purchases only).

You don't need a subscription to purchase refills. Just make sure to select 'One Time Purchase' at checkout.

All MISTR products are fragrance free. However, we always recommend patch testing prior to use.

Due to the high number of active ingredients included in MISTR products, each refill has a shelf life of 6 months from opening.
