We want to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched, an email containing your tracking information will be on its way to your inbox.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Note that orders placed over the weekend will start processing on the following Monday.
MISTR endeavours to have all placed orders fulfilled and dispatched on the same day as the order was placed, provided the order is placed before 2pm and all ordered items are currently in stock. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
If you believe that your order has failed to arrive in the estimated time, please check your tracking information and confirmation email to check delivery address and recipient details are correct.
Upon finalising your order with MISTR, you will have received an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number from Australia Post or courier partner. Please follow the email instructions and enter the tracking number to check on your delivery progress.
